This is unfathomably rare considering the nature of her modeling
and how beautiful she is. The photographer is most likely Russ Meyer,
another reason it is surprising her breasts don't seem to ever make an
unobscured appearance. A search for her other photos will demonstrate

Even in this set they are still mostly under water or behind her wet nightgown.
